Brunch at the Bedford Village Inn Bedford, NH

Duck confit hash with duck, potatoes, spinach, scallion, cheese curd, hollandaise drizzle, two sunny-side eggs and grilled sourdough bread.  The best.  Lots of other menu items too!

I've taken you here before, but brunch at the Bedford Village Inn is something else. And this dish... is killer. Duck hash. Dark meat confit (cooked in duck fat) duck with perfectly executed potatoes, spinach, scallion, cheese curd, two sunnyside eggs, hollandaise drizzle and grilled sourdough bread.
