William Sonoma All-Clad Cookware Review

I got this 10-piece All Clad Stainless Steel cookware with copper core on sale for 50% off, which is good because they are ridiculously expensive. Yet if you think about how much they will be used (almost daily) and for how many years (at least 15, probably more) it works out to be a good deal. They are super heavy, conduct heat well and surprisingly clean up like a breeze. I am now regretting not buying the 15-piece. set.

Since they are on sale again, I bought the 7-quart covered stockpot with pasta insert and the 6-quart covered sautee pan, which will get me to the 15-piece set. So done with non-stick, it’s not good for you.
