Weber 22 inch Charcoal Smoker Review

My new Weber smoker (rain cover on). Almost identical to the one I had 20 years ago. Solid product.

I had a smoker years ago and loved it! It probably got used 3 - 4 times a year, but what I got out of it was wonderful, especially a smoked turkey with some sausage that I will remember until the day I die. So, some 20 years later, I got a new one. My first effort (along with my son Adam) was smoked ribs and chicken wings. They were good but not fabulous (Adam is much better at the smoker than I am!). My second effort was smoked beef short ribs and a brisket. That, too, was good but not fabulous. All on me. Gonna keep at this smoking thing, I've got the bug!! Get yourself a smoker and some good recipes. I am smoking a turkey and some sausage next.
